Issue: "API KEY REQUIRED" watermark appearing in the Cobb County Tree-Risk Monitor hero panel.
The Leaflet map was loading a CARTO basemap tile layer (basemaps.cartocdn.com/dark_all/...). CARTO's free tier now requires an API key and displays a watermark when one is not provided. The watermark text read carto.com/basemaps/apikey.
RainViewer radar tiles were rendering correctly — they require no API key.
weather-panel.jsL.tileLayer(...) basemap call entirely.host.style.backgroundColor = "#1c1f1e" on the map container so the map area renders as a plain dark canvas instead of a blank white void.'Weather data by <a href="https://www.rainviewer.com/" ...>RainViewer</a>'site.css/* Required OpenStreetMap / CARTO credit — kept small and faint */ to /* Leaflet attribution — RainViewer credit only (no basemap) */.| File | Reference | Action |
