The hero map showed a warning overlay ("API key required" watermark image) instead of real radar tiles.
RainViewer dropped support for color scheme 4. Their current API only supports color scheme 2 (Universal Blue). The tile URL was requesting /256/{z}/{x}/{y}/4/1_1.png which returned a warning image.
Additionally, RainViewer radar tiles are only available up to zoom level 7. The map was set to zoom 9 with no maxNativeZoom cap, causing requests for zoom 9 tiles that don't exist.
Before: data.host + f.path + "/256/{z}/{x}/{y}/4/1_1.png"
After: data.host + f.path + "/256/{z}/{x}/{y}/2/1_1.png"
Leaflet now upscales zoom-7 tiles for the map's zoom-9 view instead of requesting non-existent tiles.
Per RainViewer's terms, a "Weather data by RainViewer" credit linking to https://www.rainviewer.com/ is now included in the tile layer's attribution option (rendered in Leaflet's attribution control).
Live tile verified against https://api.rainviewer.com/public/weather-maps.json — the public endpoint returns host + path with no API key required. Color scheme 2 tiles load correctly.
4f017a0 (color scheme fix), 1d39b2a (attribution).
